y2ysync Datahub cronjob is stuck in RUNNING status. Commerce / Marketing integration

Dear community,

We have made the integration between Commerce v 6.6 and Marketing between datahub v6.7.0.30

I ran the cronjob of orders and it gets stuck in the status RUNNING never finishing nor sending information to datahub, the other cronjobs (customers, products, abandoned carts) are working fine. It's very strange that the orders cronjob work good in our development environment but gets stucked in our staging environment.

The "Item Change Markers" for the ymktOrderStreamCoCo was deleted to make the cronjob send all the orders again but it gets stuck and sends no data to datahub even though the media is created but never finishing succesfully.

Have anyone experienced this issue ? or any ideas where to look ? we have gone through the logs in splunk but haven't found anything that gives us a clue of what is happening.
