WYSIWYG editor is not responding in backoffice - H1905

Hi,

We are facing an issue with WYSIWYG editors in backoffice.

1) Enter some text in WYSIWYG editor present in a section

2) Click on hide section arrow to hide the section

3) Now click on the same arrow to re-open the section

4) WYSIWYG editor wont show the text entered and it is not responding

HI,

It could be related to the Hybris Issue: https://cxjira.sap.com/browse/ECP-4381 and unfortunately the fix version for this is 2005.

Please have a look at the Issue as it described exactly the same behavior you are facing.

Yes, it was resolved in 2005.

The alternate fix for 1905 is copying the following JAR files from 2005 and placing them in 1905 and removing the older version of JAR's from 1905.

Folder - hybris\bin\modules\backoffice-framework\backoffice\web\webroot\WEB-INF\lib

JARS - atlantic-8.6.3 , ckez-4.11.1.1 , zcommon-8.6.3 , zel-8.6.3 , zhtml-8.6.3 ,zk-8.6.3, zkbind-8.6.3, zkex-8.6.3, zkmax-8.6.3, zkplus-8.6.3, zul-8.6.3, zuti-8.6.3, zweb-8.6.3
