Hi Team,

When we are replicating BP to C4S , we are getting above error in Web service monitoring. We also checked the validation for tax code for required country for number of characters. Has anyone come across similar WSM-Web service monitoring error ?

Hi,

It most likely due to the Tax Number format being sent from the external system to C4C as mentioned in https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002647388.

Can you please cross-validate the value of "PartyTaxID" filed if the first 3 characters for Tax Number are Letters( and not Numbers) and total length is less than 20? Also, the content length of field "PartyStandardID" should not exceed 13 characters.

Thanks Saurabh, for the insight appreciate same.

I disabled the check for Tax number in fine tuning for countries and in fine tuning for General Business partner for Tax added new tax number starting for Z.

That did the tricked.
