Hello,
We are currently working on the implementation of the standard Business Partner integration solution between ERP and C4C.
After the activation of the CODERINT 600 Add-on required for the integration (during the configuration through the RCOD_CONNECTIVITY transaction), it was detected that the options for the implementation under the S4HANA guidelines would not be shown.
Given the planned migration in the near future from the ERP environment to S4HANA, we would need to implement the CODERINT addon under the S4HANA guidelines.
We attach an image of the result obtained (img1)

As we can see, it does not correspond to the S4HANA guidelines (img2)

According to our research, the configuration options for ERP (img1) would imply the use of DEBMAS and the KNA1 table (debtors). In our case we would need to use BUPA (BusinessParter) for S4HANA.
Would implementation add-on CODERINT under the S4HANA guidelines be possible on ECC system?
Can you help us with this?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Albert.

Hello albert.puncernaujeremiast,
SAP does not recommend this custom approach. It is not a standard solution to use the business partner SOAP services for integrating ECC with C4C. You can try this approach using customizations at your own risk.
