Hello,
I have a requirement . In the Workcenter Ticket, when the status of a Ticket is , suppose 'XXX' , then we need to send the Reminder Emails to the customer. And this email should be send once per week . So i have created a scheduled workflow rule and here according to an event selected, we can set the time offset and decide when to send the Email. But i cant see an option to send the Emails once per week ( For example, if i need to send these reminders once per every week for 3 months ) . So are there any other ways to send a reminder email to the customer once per every week depending on the status of the ticket? Please let me know if you have any other suggestions.
