Workflow Rule provided a field changes

Hi

I have created a new WF, the type is sending an email in an activity task and I need to set it to be activated only when there is a change in the Processor field. I mean, only when updating in the task Processor the WF will be activated and the email will be sent

How I need to do it?

Hi Shiraz,

Create a workflow with Rule Type = E-mail.

In the second step, set the condition as

Field: Processor Party

Value before Object Change = True

Compare Operator = Not Equal To

with: Field

Field Name= Processor Party
