Workflow Rule-Define Actions

Hey community,

I create a workflow rule for send emails when opportunity is won. I have the field account but I also need to send the street as field. In the enter basic data I can´t select Account and opportunity so how I put the street field in the opportunity?

Hi Bruno,

If you are refereeing to the Street of the Account Address, then it is not possible to use it as Placeholder in workflow rule.

Thank you for the answer. Yes, I need 2 fields of Account to send also. It is possible do this using PDI?
