Hello Experts,

Point-1:We have integrated a Marketing system with SAP Sinch (ESP-SAP DI) and mails are going out to customers through E-mail campaigns.

Point-2: Defined workflow and manager receiving approval notification in the "Approval" App for campaign approval request

But the issue is when the user submits for approval (Campaign approval), the manager should receive mail in his Inbox (Company outlook) along with the notification in Approval App in Marketing, but mails are not triggering to Manager mail inbox(Outlook)

Could you please provide your inputs, if i have missed any configuration to receive emails in the manager mail inbox (Outlook) ?

Regards

Ramaraju

Hello,

There could be 2 checkpoints:

1. Check if the business user associated to the approver has the correct email ID. email.png

2. Check if there is any default email address has already been defined for the test system in the following config in "Manage Your Solution" app. config.png

If both of these settings looks good then you might contact SAP support to look into the issue.

HI Saurabh,

I am testing in Test(Lower) system.

When i maintain the details for below config items, E-mail receiving in to mail box (Outlook)

-- > Define E-mail sender Domain

-- > Define Email receiver address for test system

If i remove my mail ID from "Define email receiver address for test system" config then i am not getting mail. Is this the right functionality. If so then we need to maintain all required mail IDs in test system for testing?

And if it is in production, i hope we no need to maintain any mail ID in this config right? Please confirm

Hello,

Yes, in test system you need to maintain the intended reciever mail ID in this config or if there are many reciever with in the same domain name then a wildcard(*@sap.com) can also be used, This means that system would allow all email receivers in the domain sap.com.
