Dear experts
Is it possible to create a workflow rule with conditions across several business partners?
Example: if account with role customer has criteria A and account with role prospect has as well criteria A, then generate a notification or e-mail.
Many thanks,
Natasa

Hello Fabio
Thanks for your quick answer.
I think with specifying account ID's it will work, but we have few hundred accounts which should be able to match with other few hundred accounts, so we have to specify by role.
I've created a workflow to which contains the following conditions in one group; customer role customer and criteria A and customer role prospect with criteria A. Unfortunately this is not working; I think in this case the workflow rule would only work if this conditions would be fulfilled by one business partner. What do you think? Do you have any experience with such a requirement?
Many thanks,
Natasa

Hello Natasa,
I believe that you can do this. You can specify even account IDs as criteria (really specific) to take an action like e-mail sending. Just make sure to use the operator AND (by clicking in the Add Condition button) so that the conditions stay in the same Group (looking into both the customer and prospect at same time before triggering the e-mail).

We hope this helps you. Have a nice week!
