I am facing a issue where an user not able to see few particular work centers in navigation bar of sap crm web ui. But the security team and me too have checked his roles and profile in su01d, looks all perfect and no difference with any other user. but that particular user is not able to see it in his profile. But the same business role is assigned to other users for them its working fine.
Can you please help what could be the issue ?
