10-18-2018-2-18-15-pm.pngIf you go into the Interactions facet within a Service Ticket, the interactions listed are defaulted to the "Card" view. Is there a way to change this default view to "List" instead?

This is possible in Fiori UI. Please navigate to Administrator-> Service and Social and select Ticket Configuration to change the behavior.
