Will access to help.hybris.com or SAP Help Portal be free or not require login forever?

I've noticed that help.hybris.com or https://help.sap.com/viewer/product/SAP_COMMERCE_CLOUD/SHIP/en-US no longer requires login / SSO. Is this going to be permanent?

The reason I'm asking is so I can use the links on other sites, like on blogs or StackOverflow.

This is a good finding...probably, SAP has done it to make the documentation available to a wider audience following IBM and Oracle (IBM and Oracle Commerce documentation have always been available without any login).

Did you try accessing https://help.sap.com/viewer/product/SAP_COMMERCE_CLOUD/SHIP/en-US ? I can access it in any browser without login.

As of June 18, 2019, the log-in page has returned. So, it's safe to assume that Hybris Help was never meant to be public material.
