Widget overriding for CreateReturnRequestController

Hi ,

First of thank you for all your replies. Its really helpful. Recently I have tried to override CreateReturnRequestController to include tax in returns calculation. I have followed the steps mentioned in the link below. But it was not picking up my controller. Then I replaced myextension-widget.xml with the customersupportbackoffice-widgets.xml and made changes to my project specific entries. I had to remove CustomerSupport-Perspective and created new widget then finally it worked. But I am really keen to know why steps mentioned in help.hybris to extend widget didn't work. I have attached all update xmls and screenshot of custom files. Could you please let us know the reason. Thanks once again.

cant see your attachments, please resubmit once again,

also, we have similar requirement and when we write our own controller the OOTB code is not picking the custom controller.

i see you had the same problem, may i ask what did you do? or please point to your questions in this topic.
