Why the Include operator on Ticket Routing Rules do not show any value?

Hello,

I was trying to create a rule which should contain several business partner numbers using the Include option available, but unfortunately no entry is displayed to select, even if I search.

I've already used this option and did show some entries but not for Customers.

Could some one let me know why is not displayed the customers for selection.

Hi trash,

for some reason no value list of customers is shown, when the "Browse & Collect" radio button is marked. But you can just add more customer to a rule via the text option. (It also works with downloading and uploading the routing rules with an excel list.)

thank you for the reply and the workaround.

But it is strange.

Maybe an incident to SAP so they validate their code.
