You can create Status profiles and then set up authorizations for certain activities. The result is we can enable selected user as an authorized one to carry out the activities blocked by status profiles.
Since we have the data getting bidirectionally replicated with ERP , this also ensures the consistency as per the definitions there.
Status profile is maintained in each tenant via business configuration. The value entered here must correspond to an existing status profile in the tenant.
