¿Why new "interaction Types" are not transporting from Q to P?

Hi everyone,

In Marketing Cloud 2108 we have created several new "Interaction Types" for activation campaigns.

¿How can we transport this to the production tenant?

We did the usual process on "Export Collection" and the rest of the changes were transported without errors, except the new "Interaction Types" were not created in "Manage your Solution" P Tenant.

Hi Andrea,

did you use Export Software Collection?

New interaction types have to be transported using a change project and transport the customizing via the "Proceed to Run Phase" under "Configure Your Solution" in the "Manage Your Solution" app.

and in addition to performing the export from your test tenant, you need to perform the import in the production tenant (or wait until the nightly automated import).

Thank you for your response.

I just did the "Proceed to Run Process" under "Configure Your Solution" in the "Manage Your Solution" app, in both systems, P system is now in Run phase,

however the changes to the "Interaction Types" were not made,

There may be some process that I Have forgotten?

okay, after the "Proceed to Run" step, did you already also have a look at the "Import Software Collection" app in P system and imported the configuration changes there (as Markus already mentioned)?

Hello Andrea,

Please use the app Export Software Collection in Quality system to export the configuration changes.

Later, use the app Import Software Collection to import it in Production system.
