I set up a double opt-in process for email medium via landing page.
Contacts submit a form then click on the confirmation email link and are registered with a permission.

Yet, in the segmentation model, these contacts are not associated to the interaction type MKT_PERM_OPTIN.
Only with WEBSITE_REGISTRATION:

Why? They are correctly associated with the communication Medium Opt-in

I have created a trigger based campaign based on this segment that sends a welcome email after the double opt-in confirmation, it does not work, is it possibly because of the missing MKT_PERM_OPTIN interaction?
Thanks for heping out!

Hi, can you check if the MKT_PERM_OPTIN interaction appears on the customer's profile?
In your segmentation model, you are searching within the node with content title = Registrazione.
I don't think a content title field gets filled on an optin interaction.

Hi alessandroventuri,
no, I mean on the "interactions" tab above.
Is the MKT_PERM_OPTIN interaction visible in the timeline of this customer.
If it isn't, then indeed there's something wrong with the creation of this interaction,
if it is, then it's due to the criteria that you had already selected in your segmentation, such as the content title. I think the content title field doesn't get filled on the MKT_PERM_OPTIN interaction, so you would not find it at that level in the segmentation model (if you would select the interaction type higher up in your segmentation model, you should be able to find it)
