Hello together,
we are on SAP Marketing Cloud 1902.
We just found out that in new target group app export definitions can not be used anymore. Is this correct?

I think you can, you just have to go to the Contacts tab and then click on the export button (see screenshot). I think there are security levels associated with that, so if you don't see it you need to check permissions.
