Why does the product bundle module not seem to work?

I tried to follow the official docs and tried to implement a bundle for the B2C Electronics site:

1)I configured the extensions in localextensions.xml, installed the addon and started my server.

2)I went to the Administration tab of a product and created a new bundle template.

3)Inside the Bundle template, I set the approval status as true.

4)I created a new ChangeProductPriceBundleRule and configured the target products(this same product and other product) and also the conditional prducts(the products to be there in cart for the bundle to apply).

5)I configured the price and added this template to another product.

Still after following these steps,nowhere on the PDP or after adding these products to the cart, the bundle seems to apply.

What is going wrong?
