I have a problem with the communication user that was created to use in the system and communication agreements in the integration with C4C.

Why does the communication user to integrate with C4C hang up frequently?

What can I do to correct it?

Hi Elio,

what do mean with "hang up"? Which error message do you receive in which place? Do you have an example or a screenshot?

Are you using Basic Authentication (User/PW) or Certificate-based Authentication?

this usually happens if the wrong password is used too often for the user.

Do you only use that user in C4C integration or anywhere else? Does maybe anyone use it for manual tests via Postman or something like that?

I would suggest to change the password if that continues to happen. In addition I would suggest to switch to certificate based authentication (at least on production system).
