Why does my new enhancement ID has a yellow status symbol CRM WEB UI

I added a new fields using AET in CRM WEB UI. However, the field I added does not have the green box, instead it has the yellow triangle is the status column for sorting. I did save and generate but I do not see the extensions in the view and the yellow triangle symbol is displaying instead of the green square symbol

In AET popup, you need to click check box "generate" and then after you go back, you click button "save and generate",

or you can use AXTSHOW to generate.

Please in SAP GUI try to use transaction AXTSHOW display this field or the enhancement ID, and do generation there, and see if there is any error.

If it does not work, please help to provide some screen shots if possible.
