Why do attribute values not appear when I click on the attribute in the segmentation modelling page?

Dear all,

I’ve created a custom field on SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud 1802 and I've defined a business context for it. Later I’ve assigned this custom field to a segmentation object. I’ve verified the data sources for that segmentation object and the data source for attribute values and these seem to be correctly set up. I’ve filled the “display”, “semantics” and “data source for values” parts. Finally, I’ve set up the attribute (custom field) “visible as attribute”, “visible in export” and “visible as dimension”.

When I access the "segmentation modeling" subworkset I am able to visualize the attribute (custom field) in the right position and in the attribute category that I’ve chosen, but when I click on the attribute I am not able to visualize the attribute values in the preview space. Obviously, I’ve already enhanced the custom field for some corporate accounts (which are inside the segmentation profile that I've selected) but these attribute values are not visible when I click on the attribute and in the preview space appears “no data”.

Anyone of you is able to help me? Thank you so much.

Please create an incident under component CEC-MKT-EXT, we need to login to your system to check the CBO and analyze.

Can you please share one more screen shot with the values given under the Account/Countact where you have made this Visiable.

In Addition to this, Did you check the Synchronised button fro the Data source of the Segmentation object properly. Some time it will also through the error.

Hi Francesco,

I also faced the same issue yesterday. Except your steps, I also tried to upload the account via importing CSV file, result didn't change.

If I find the solution, I'll update here either.
