Why data retrieved from Google Analytics differ according to segmentation profile?

I set up the integration between GA and MC and made a query.

If I use All Interactions and select "Source data URL" as attribute I see a list of URLs visited by some contacts. It correctly reports the website clickstream data.

If I use All Contacts and select "Source data URL" as attribute I see a list of website URLs visited that is restricted to some contacts. Other contacts that have website URLs associated in the All Interaction profile are not displayed.

Why some data are missing in the latter profile?

Segmentation Profile will not restrict Source Data URL for few contacts , may be those contacts might not be part of the Segmentation Profile Root node , Can you check the contacts which are missing the Source URL is actually part of the segmentation profile ?
