We have received several incidents in the past couple weeks with users saying they are not getting Password Reset emails. user is not able to find anywhere in there email accounts, inbox,spam, deleted etc. Does anyone experience same and how did it resolved or how can I find the lost email as I see in audit log event for "A reset password flow was triggered for this account"
Request clarification before answering.
A little more info would be nice. e.g. other emails are successfully sent. Which mail config do you use etc.
