Why are the controls in the Loyalty interface disabled?

Hello Emarsys Loyalty Experts,

I can't edit Action or Rewards - everything seems to be disabled in the Loyalty add-on in Emarsys. I cannot change my current strategy for my contacts.

What causes this and how can I work around it?

Hi,

This usually happens if you are in "Edit next version" mode.

Go to Add-ons > Loyalty Management > and go to the last tab Update & launch.

There you will see there a dropdown, choose: Live version.

Now the interface points to the live plan again and the Actions and Rewards will be again enabled.
