While creating a dual fuel Prepay data in the system ,PP Meter In consistency error

Hello Sap Gurus,

While creating a dual fuel Prepay data in the system we are getting the PP Meter inconsistency2.pngabap-dump.pngency error in the sap CRM system.This error we are getting in ST22 dump also.I am going to share the screen shot of PP Meter Inconsitency2 image for the same. We are getting the Abap dump also while replicating the issue to me by user.The Dump is related to Runtime Error: DBSQL_Duplicate_Key_Error .Please find the screenshot related to the dump. I have involved the Abaper to debug the issue.But the were also nothing find from debug result.So that issue still persist.Please provide any suggestion for this one.

I see nothing special by reading the text version of the short dump. If your ABAPer doesn't see anything abnormal, I guess it means either no custom development, or the custom development is free of bugs, then you should open a ticket at SAP support (I found no SAP note corresponding to the keywords in the short dump).
