Which SAP C4C Mashup can be integarted with GIS system?

Hello Team,

I have a requirement where in once the GIS system is integrated with SAP C4C, the mashup should open reading the service ticket created address, in case the user moves the locator icon on the GIS maps to a new place, C4C needs to capture the new address details and should be stored in the respective fields in ticket header!

Please can anyone off you suggest how this can be achieved and best approach.

Hi Rupesh

You would have to build a custom google mashup with import/outport parameters required by GIS systems.

If you have already found a solution to this, please share your solution for the benefit of all.
