Dear Expert,

We would like to write windows service so that Dispatchers/Destinations retry failed receipts

This is missing feature CCO Manager is not trying failed receipts by self, and user need to issue command for each receipt manually.

Each days due to discontinuation of internet we have 100 of receipt pending at CCO Manager store server.

Could you please suggest.

Thanks and regards

ARUN

Hi Arun,
have you tried to run the Receipt synchronization?

Via CCO system -> menu Configuration -> Receipt -> Schedule synchronization

If there is no connection issue, then SAP CCO may synchronize the receipts immediately, in your case sometimes you were offline, due to discontinuation of internet, then, I suggest you some of the settings below:

in your synchronization configuration you have the option to setup a "recurring" synchronization process to be run hourly or in a different interval, this way you ensure that the synchronization happens automatically during the time frame defined; or, you can use the flag "synchronize automatically after startup", then once you start your CCO, the synchronization process is going to be run. Please, review these settings.

If you run a full synchronization, are you able to synchronize the receipts not posted? If not, what's the status of the receipts not posted?

Let me know if the steps above help you, if so, kindly select the answer as “Right Answer”. This helps others to follow and easily locate answers.

Best Regards,
Mateus
