As for the title,whether there are only users who are only used to invoke the interface and who cannot log into the system

Hello czhczzh,

You can chose to create a communication arrangement for the interface which will create a technical user - this user can then only invoke the interface and cannot do anything else(even if you login you will not be able to see data). You can chose to user certificate based authentication for even more secure process and this user can never login to C4C with an ID and Password.

Please use technical users in the system they have access to invoke all service interfaces in System but not from UI.
