Where to see the SAP certifications I completed in past?

I completed my SAP Hybris certifications last year & recently Credentials Manager got migrated & I cannot find the certificates now in sap.com.

Also, one of my badges are missing from Acclaim, I should have 3 badges but there are only 2.

Any leads would be helpful. Thanks.
