Hi Shrikant,
you are obviously using SAP Hybris DAM by OpenText 16.4. This version is supposed to be soon available on SAP Software Download Center.
For now it is only available on OpenText My Support: https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/llisapi.dll/Open/73862690
Btw: Media Delivery Service (ImConvServlet.war) is part of the package: damlink-hybris-mediaservlet-tools-16.4.0.zip You also need the core integration extensions, which are coming with damlink-hybris-integration-16.4.0.zip.
