You are right. The SAP Community has changed the interface recently and the navigation page is not longer there. I will find out it and post the valid link.

At the moment the best is to use the tag filter: SAP Marketing. I am in contact with the SAP Marketing moderators to explain the current situation and what link should be used instead.
