Where do I disable the C4C mobile app passcode?

Hello experts

Where do I disable the C4C mobile app passcode? I know I saw it somewhere, but I couldn't find it again. I tried to search online, also can't find anything. Can you help me out?

Hello,

Administrator --> Common Tasks --> Edit Security Policies --> uncheck 'App Password Enabled'.

Hi Denmar,

Here are the steps :

1) Login with a key user and switch to html5 ui.

2) Go to Administrator -> General Settings -> Business User

3) Find the business user you would like to enable/disable the c4c mobile app passcode.

4) Under that business user note down the security policy idea and then click on the policy idea

5) Under the Security Policy Page, find the Policy you noted down from before and select that policy.

6) Uncheck the box “App Password Enabled” in order to disable the mobile app passcode.

7) Save and Close
