In CUAN_D_INI_ROOT table, i see that the field PERIOD_START and PERIOD_START_TIME are blank for my campaign which is already executed. Is there any specific table and field that I can collect execution start date/time of a campaign. I am currently using in 1709 SP1

You can check/add the fields START_DATE and END_DATE:
For exact time-stamp, open transaction SLG1
