If I find a defect in Hybris, where can I report it?
I have access to jira.hybris.com, but it's read-only access to the "ECP Maintenance" and "Patch" projects.
Request clarification before answering.

We will have to report a bug in support.sap.com. Then hybris will decide if it is a product support ticket then they will add in jira.
