Where are consumers displayed?

Hello experts

For integration processes between SMC with C4C,

I want to verify that Consumers and Accounts are replicating correctly.

I see that there are APP to view contacts and accounts but not consumers.

Where are only consumers viewed?

Hi Elio,

Consumers are also Contacts. So you can find them in your "Contacts" app.

"Consumer" is only a type of Business Relationship.

Using the settings icon in the app you can adapt your table and show another column "Business Relationship".

For Consumers the field "IsConsumer" is set to "true".

For Contacts the field "IsContactPerson" is set to "true".

A Contact can be a Consumer AND/OR a Contact Person at the same time.

Simply put, Consumers = Contact, use Contacts App.

Hi eliocentenob,

there is an App "Browse Contact Data" where you can see all of your contacts with validation status and so on.

In the table you can then add the Columns you need and filter e.g. for IsConsumer=Y. Then you can see the total count.
