Hello @tpeiran,

Afaik, SAP hasn't yet decided or communicated about C4C's V1 sunset.

• SAP still has many customers using the C4C V1 and will continue to have it for many years.
• You can also refer to C4C(Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) V2.0 Readiness check for migration
