When to use workflow and when to use process

I have a question about workflow and process. What is the difference of them? It seems both of them consist of definition and action. Just there will be an additional template for workflow. Therefore, when to use workflow and when to use process?

Use:

• workflow when an interaction with a business user required in on or several steps, i.e. approval of items connected to the workflow

• a process when no interaction with a user required, the process may involve integration with other information systems like external Order repository, warehouses, etc
