When I am accessing trainingstorefront, I am getting redirected to hac page and when I am logging to hac, getting 404 - page does not exist. I am getting below exception when starting server due to which Context [/trainingstorefront] startup failed.
ERROR [localhost-startStop-1] [ContextLoader] Context initialization failed org.springframework.beans.factory.parsing.BeanDefinitionParsingException: Configuration problem: Failed to import bean definitions from relative location [spring-mvc-config.xml] Offending resource: ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/config/web-application-config.xml]; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException: Line 39 in XML document from ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/config/spring-mvc-config.xml] is invalid; nested exception is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 39; columnNumber: 87; cvc-complex-type.3.2.2: Attribute 'ignore-default-model-on-redirect' is not allowed to appear in element 'mvc:annotation-driven'. at org.springframework.beans.factory.parsing.FailFastProblemReporter.error(FailFastProblemReporter.java:70) ~[spring-beans-4.3.11.RELEASE.jar:4.3.11.RELEASE] at org.springframework.beans.factory.parsing.ReaderContext.error(ReaderContext.java:85) ~[spring-beans-4.3.11.RELEASE.jar:4.3.11.RELEASE]
Can someone help me how to resolve this error in order to access trainingstorefront.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi I tried the steps given in the link. I updated local.properties file and the hosts file with the given data. These were the only things that were not already present there. But I am still getting the same error on server startup. FYI storefront site was accessible when I first created the accelerator. but now it is not. It is showing error in spring-mvc-config.xml file available under trainingstorefront extension

Alright...so, in your case, the corresponding link is https://help.sap.com/viewer/4c33bf189ab9409e84e589295c36d96e/6.5.0.0/en-US/8ace75c786691014a5e9dcafa...
Just now, I followed all the steps given in the link and I did not face any problem accessing the URLs given in Step#13.
Note: Before performing step#9, please add one more extension, liveeditaddon in the localextensions.xml; otherwise, you will get an error message complaining: liveeditaddon not found in the localextensions.xml
As I have already mentioned in my answer, please try it in a new folder and let me know if you still face any issue.
Hello Megha - Please follow the instructions at https://help.sap.com/viewer/4c33bf189ab9409e84e589295c36d96e/1905/en-US/8ace75c786691014a5e9dcafa29d... sequentially and let me know if you face any problem.
I would also suggest you do it in a new folder i.e. extract the distribution zip in a new folder (close to the root drive to avoid problems due to long paths) and then perform the steps mentioned in the link.
Update [06-Jul-2019]:
Based on your comments, I am proving below the corresponding link for version 6.5:
