When Post Goods Issue skip COGS split items with condition

I have to deactivate the COGS split if the item has a condition = 'X'  when we Post Goods Issue, but I cannot find where I can do it, if it's a customizing matter or I have to do some BADI or Enhancement...

Do you know somehow?

Probably, you need to share more information on what exactly you are trying to achieve. When you say COGS split, from which transaction, you want the split not to happen? Also, share some screen shots how it is working currently
