When a customer open a quote in pdf format sent by SAP-CRM, it requests to install a font package.

Hi SAP-CRM (C4C) experts,

We are using the function of 'Edit Output Settings' in SAP-CRM to send to customers a quote in pdf generated by SAP-CRM.

However, a customer can't open it and see the message below:

We can't ask many customers to install a font package in their laptop to see a quote.

Would you please help how to solve this issue without asking to customers to install a font package?
