What would be the best approach to publish multiple promotions?

Would just like to ask for a better approach on publishing multiple promotions.

Lets say we are gonna publish 1000 promotions, is it best to have them by batches and call the ruleMaintenanceService.compileAndPublishRulesWithBlocking for every batch ?

Yes, only thing to keep in mind is to reload the drool engine once all promotions are published.
