What type of identity store does SAP Customer Data Cloud use?

I'm interested in what type of identity store(i.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Customer Data Cloud uses. Also, I would like to see any technical limitations regarding data size, number of attributes.

Thanks for the follo-up, but although I've been trying to find out the answers of my question, I have not found as the site is bid complicated. The identity store is HANA? Please write the answer on your answer field instead linking other sites.
