The activity of creating campaigns for Facebook and Google Adwords is carried out.

But in the release process an error occurs: "Problem with the OAut 2.0 profile. Contact the system administrator".

Another question: Campaigns to Instagram are launched as if they were from Facebook?

I was reviewing and I do not know if it has to do with the budget plan, but I am not clear how it works with the budget plans and their configuration.

Finally, when building a campaign there is a segment called Agency, what do you mean ?, Are advertising agencies that externally manage the campaign? and where are the agencies created?

Hello Tobias,

If the campaign in Marketing Cloud is assigned to a Facebook Ad account which is required when configuring the corresponding campaign action for Facebook campaign, the Facebook campaign success data will be pulled into Marketing cloud.

Regarding Instagram: With this integration, you can plan and create campaigns in Facebook, and then use Facebook Ads Manager to push ads to Instagram via Facebook. Please note that SAP Marketing Cloud doesn't support direct integration with Instagram.

Hi Elio,

1. I would assume there's something wrong with the credentials. So doublecheck the settings made in Facebook app and on CPI side. Only with the error message it is hard to say what's wrong. So maybe activate the CPI trace for the iFlow and check if you have any details there.

2. Instagram campaigns are not available OOTB at the moment. How did you setup the integration?

3. As said before, with high probability the error has nothing to do with the budget plan.

4. You can create or upload marketing agencies in the specific app. It is explained here. You have to create SMC users for the agency employees. But as announced in 2005 release, this app is to be deprecated.
