Hello @rajanikanth111, Amshu,
Long time! Hope all well at your end.
If you select Scores Saved = Monthly and Retention Period for Scores = 2 days, the system will save scores monthly but will only keep these scores for 2 days. ie.e the saved scores will be deleted soon after they are generated and stored, potentially making them unavailable for future analysis or reporting.
I hope this help answering your query and closing thread.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi Kunal,
I am good, thank you 🙂
Good to see that you are as active as before 🙂
Do you mean if the score gets calculated 15th of every month, it will be kept/seen only till 17th? i feel i am missing something here.
Also is there any place/way we can see the history of scores?
For example; the score for user xy in January was 20, but in March it was 50.
Regards,
Amshu
Hello Amshu,
Let's consider you have set monthly calculation and retnetion days as 2days.
So you can set these parameters accordingly.

Hi Kunal,
i have couple of doubts,
about your first point, is there a place where i can set the date when the score calculation should happen? i can only give for example 30days. i have no option to give exactly on which date. right?
Also to understand better, could you please give me any use case when the scores saved can be 30days and retention period is 2 days( basically less than scores saved period).
in general the use of Retention period is not clear for us. 🙂
Regards,
Amshu
