I have the following question: When creating a new custom tribute for the contact, what is the UI of reports that apply for such fields?

Hi,

"UIs and Reports" tab is used to enable or extend the usage of custom field created. Like you have extended the field for "Contact" and now you want the same to appear in UI as well as enable it as part of standard OData or use it with in an operation report(or query in SAC) or CDS view then you can enable the usage of such scenario and just publish you changes.
