As more cloud apps get connected to SAP, the number of small workflows and automations grows quickly. I am trying to understand how teams maintain visibility and control when dozens of integrations start triggering across systems.
Would love to hear if anyone has a clean way of documenting and monitoring these flows without relying too much on custom scripts or manual maps.
