What is the "SAP XM" campaign category for?

Hi,

I just noticed this campaign category in the SAP Marketing configuration: "XM - SAP XM - Run a campaign on SAP XM"

I can't find this in the documentation. Anyone knows what it's for? Probably related to Qualtrics. The only "Action" assigned to that campaign type is "Create External Target Group".

SAP XM refers to SAP Exchange Media (SAP XM)

Seems this Category is used to execute a campaign externally using an integration with SAP XM

Thanks for the clarification Saravana. Confusing that XM also means Experience Management then 🙂

I was hoping it would be something that would add a capability to the SAPmkt-Qualtrics integration which is existing on the Marketo-Qualtrics integration, which is the exchange of a list (target group) from Marketo towards Qualtrics' XM Directory and providing unique Qualtrics survey links back to Marketo to send the email.

But I can't open your url, it shows a 403 not authorized error, it seems to be SAP-internal documentation.
