Hello,

If you are refering to the max length of product ID:

• In SAP ECC it was 18c
• In SAp S/4HANA it is not 40c
• In C4C it is 40c (internal ID)

If you mean Product ID size - Yes, as mentioned by 'Benjamin' it is 40 char .

You can also check / confirm from your side : Go to Product work center ->Product Administrator ->New Product ->In Product ID field put more than 40 char and click ENTER.

==>You will get error "Your entry is too long. Do not enter more than 40 character(s).".
