What is the objective of sending an Appointment, task or call campaign from MKT to C4C if not when arriving at C4C only the header of the campaign arrives.
To the campaign one attaches a target group but that target group does not travel to C4C.
So how do they know at C4C who was assigned that appointment, task or call?

Hi Elio,
when the Contact from MC target group already exists as Business Partner in C4C, the corresponding activity (task, phone call,...) should be created for that Business Partner. If that's not the case and if you deployed the corresponding iFlows and created the communication arrangements and so on, you should check the different logs.
First you should check the Web Service Message Monitoring in C4C and see if there's any issue. If you do not see any error there but cannot find the activity in C4C, the second step would be to check the payload that arrives on CPI from MC and see if there's the information included.
